The creation of an automated production preparation and manufacturing system based on the proposed set of software and technical tools, as well as technological equipment and the specified nomenclature of components for the oil industry, ensures:

  • Increased production volumes;
  • Release of new products, such as screw pumps;
  • Reduction in production costs;
  • Increase in net profit.

As part of the leasing deal, 12 units of technological equipment, tooling, software, and computing machines were acquired for a total of 1,497.5 million tenge. JSC “Munaymash” contributed 30% of the lease value from its own funds, including an advance payment of 223 million tenge (approximately 15%). This investment project aligns with the State Program “Productivity 2020,” which means that at the initial stage, productivity will increase 1.5 times over the achieved result, amounting to 19,957 thousand tenge. Compared to the average industry productivity level, it will increase 5.5 times (the average industry productivity is 3,600 thousand tenge). In 2018, a CNC milling machine Okuma Genos M560-V-e was acquired. The project uses the methodology of end-to-end design and technological preparation for production. The foundation of this preparation system is the Pro/ENGINEER software suite. Pro/ENGINEER ensures a seamless cycle of product manufacturing: design engineering — technological design — engineering analysis — control programs. At each of these stages, only proprietary developments are used, ensuring unique geometric integrity as the design-technological process progresses. Consequently, the use of Pro/ENGINEER significantly reduces the “design — manufacturing” cycle due to the ability to perform concurrent parallel design processes.
