Thank you for your interest in our company. Since 1998, we have been manufacturing and supplying equipment for mechanized oil production to oil production and oilfield service companies worldwide.Today, JSC “Munaymash” offers modern solutions: equipment and technologies that will help you increase oil production efficiency and reduce operating costs in challenging conditions (high gas content, highly viscous oil and emulsions, high levels of mechanical impurities, low-yield wells, directional and sidetracked wells, deep wells, and small-diameter casing).On our website, you will find a comprehensive list of the equipment we produce, complete with visualizations, technical descriptions, and the advantages of each product. We regularly collaborate with specialists from scientific organizations and the oil industry to design, develop, and implement new equipment, constantly expanding our product line. You can always get the latest information on our new products by contacting us at +7 (7152) 46-72-77 or by email at mmoffice2007@en.aomm.kz.We strive to make your interaction with us both beneficial and pleasant, and the results of our collaboration efficient. We hope that our website will serve as a valuable source of information and a useful resource for your work!JSC “Munaymash” is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and repair of oil and gas equipment. The main product is the sucker rod pump (SRP).Until 2005, the company produced:

  • ECW-type pumps 6, 8, 10
  • SWA and SWT water meters

Our technological equipment occupies an area of 9,500 m².In September 2007, the investment project “Modernization of the Technological Base of JSC ‘Munaymash'” was completed. As part of this project, new technological equipment was purchased, installed, and tested, including boring and honing machines for processing the internal channels of long cylinders, gas-flame spraying units for applying hard-alloy stainless steel powders, and equipment for increasing the surface hardness of parts using the ion-vacuum nitriding method.A new building was constructed for this equipment, three spans of the existing building were reconstructed, and all energy communications were installed.The purchased equipment has the following specifications:

  • “ION-100I-2” Ion (Plasma) Nitriding Unit: Designed for nitriding the surfaces of long cylinders (up to 6000 mm) using a pulsed glow discharge to increase surface hardness and wear resistance (depth 0.2–0.5 mm; hardness 870–1124 HV);
  • “TENA” Gas-Flame Spraying Unit: Designed for gas-flame spraying of hard-alloy powders onto the outer surfaces of cylindrical parts with a diameter up to 110 mm and a length up to 1500 mm (hardness 56–62 HRC, coating thickness 0.2–0.5 mm);
  • Boring Machines RT 263233 and RT 263234: For processing long cylinders up to 6000 mm, with a minimum diameter of 29 mm and a maximum diameter of 180 mm, surface roughness up to 0.63, straightness 24 microns per 1000 mm, and 60 microns over the entire length of travel;
  • Honing Machine RT 614: For processing long cylinders up to 6000 mm, with a minimum diameter of 29 mm and a maximum diameter of 180 mm, surface roughness up to 0.08, and straightness 25 microns per 1000 mm, 60 microns over the entire length of travel;
  • Pipe-Threading Machine RT 772F30: Minimum diameter 29 mm, maximum diameter 120 mm;
  • Cylindrical Grinding Machines 3M174 and 3M173: Maximum length 2000 mm, maximum diameter 400 mm;
  • Centerless Grinding Machine 3M184: Maximum length 2000 mm, maximum diameter 57 mm.

Currently, an investment project worth 1.5 billion tenge is being implemented for the technical re-equipment of fixed assets under the state program “Productivity 2020.” Twelve machining centers from Japan, Brazil, and the USA have been acquired. The Pro/ENGINEER system is being mastered, providing an end-to-end product manufacturing cycle: design, technological development, engineering analysis, and control programs, along with the Part Maker program for developing control programs for lathes and multi-tool turning machines.

The launch of the new equipment production site is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2012.JSC “Munaymash” has a large fleet of universal machines, including CNC machines, allowing the production of a wide range of parts with the necessary tooling.JSC “Munaymash” has developed and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the international ISO 9001:2008 standard, which applies to the design, development, and manufacture of oilfield equipment. The quality management system is certified by the international certification body TUV NORD CERT, Essen, Germany (certificate No. 78100046186).The entire product life cycle is regulated by the requirements of the Quality Management System documentation, which is based on a process-oriented approach.As part of the Quality Management System, a process for metrological support of production has been developed and implemented—PR-RK-7.6-01-2005 “Equipment Monitoring and Measurement Process Management.”Calibration of measuring instruments is carried out by the branch of JSC “National Center for Expertise and Certification” according to a schedule approved by the Chairman of the Board.The company has high-precision instruments for the calibration of control devices, certified technological tooling, and metrological expertise (linear-angular, roughness, hardness, spectral analysis, coating thickness, etc.).The right to manufacture products is confirmed by the General License for the manufacture and repair of oilfield equipment No. 003479 dated January 21, 2005.The product quality is confirmed by an independent conformity assessment body, LLP “T-Standard,” Almaty. Certificates of conformity have been obtained for sucker rod pumps of types NNB, NN2B, NNAB, NNSH, NV1B, NV2B, and locking supports of types OM and OA under No. KZ.7500525.01.01.01873 and No. KZ.7500525.01.01.01874 dated February 6, 2012.
